This luxurious course, available exclusively through Hot Pepper, includes Hakata's famous motsunabe (offal hot pot) and sesame amberjack. The motsunabe is a light, salty chicken broth-based motsunabe made with domestically sourced offal.The amberjack served with homemade sesame sauce is absolutely delicious!!!
