Hakata's specialty motsunabe, a luxurious course that comes with sesame amberjack, is available exclusively at Hot Pepper. The motsunabe is a lightly salted motsunabe made with chicken bones and uses domestically produced offal.Amberjack served with homemade sesame sauce is also delicious!!!
